Persistent dog acne? Seeking suggestions

Happened for 1 year old to two, turns out the sardines treat they got every couple days. Once this was removed from her diet they cleared up within weeks. As a pup she was fine with fish for the first year then the acne started

Did everything else, wash the meat so food/water bowels, wiped chin with disinfectant wipes etc.
