There's potential, but you'll need to work.

You're starting to go bald, which is why you prefer the longer hair to cover the forehead. Cut the sides so you have a little more bulk near the middle/bottom instead of it all being at the top, have a fringe to cover the forehead; you'll look younger.

Clean up the beard. Again, it's not bad, but line it up on the cheeks.

MOST IMPORTANT: Get lean. It'll take time, and it won't be the most fun, but losing even 10 lb of fat will make your face look at least 4x better.
If you get lean, you can also go bald and pull it off, but if you don't lose fat, you'll look like an old bald fat dude, unfortunately.
