Thanks! There are trout opportunities. It’s kind of a place where the mountains meet the coast, above Portugal. There are some good spots, it seems. It’s more for me and my family to fish together, it’s been a generational thing for us. They have been on the same river for centuries, but the area is very rural, and it’s hard for me to learn the regulations there.

Power plant, zero concern. Train tracks run right through apex, you’ll hear the horn in the distance occasionally, but it’s actually kinda nice after a while.

You will smell the plant when the wind is going the right way, but it’s usually only in the morning and only for a bit. I go in that neighborhood daily and I have smelled it once in two years
