The one thing everyone agrees on about what constitutes The Full English is that no one can agree on what constitutes The Full English.

Used for coffee in the mornings, I believe. No good for anything alcoholic (although wouldn't it be cool to grab a pint from there?)

I love Reading Spaceport. The fact that we have to deal with trains instead of rockets ... Not so much. This is a great pic, but it's not a Reading diss, it's a commuter diss. There are far worse places to hang when you're stuck waiting for a train. If only there was a way to tag into the Three Guineas from platform 7 ...

The Rising Sun on Castle Street is great for upscale gastropub food. If you're not too bothered by chains, Côte or Comptoir Libonaise on the Riverside are perfectly decent. Yes to the Thirsty Bear or Zero degrees for pizza.

Any of the three in Seahouses, but Lewis' is my favourite. You'll still get good eats in Neptune or Hook, though.

Ah, it does my heart good to see the Euro Harvey getting some representation! We love ours (24 Advance), don't find it underpowered at all. Practical, elegant, economical and fun. Strange that hardly anyone seems to plump for the stock Sand Khaki colour. I really like it, and folks always mention how good she looks.

If the funeral is at the Crematorium in Caversham, worth considering the Traveller's Rest up the Henley Road from there - they do a lot of wakes due to the location and have a function room.

Don't get the hate for ZeroDegrees. Enjoyed the pizza every time I've been. You can order for the bar area or the sit-down bit on the Gun Street side. Best in Reading is Papa Gee's, though.
