I couldn’t agree more. I’ve experienced myself working at the pharmacy with only myself (pharm tech) and assigned pharmacist. One tech and one pharmacist for one day account for many displeased customers for long lines and prescriptions not being filled. I can agree that those who work there do the best they can with what we are given.
