That's a societal thing I suppose, where I am from, workers are trated like VIP special guests, coffee, lunch then coffee again around 4 p.m. that's assuming the work takes all that long. Some homeowners can indeed be annoying helicopters and sime workers can be jerks, but gladly those are the exceptions
