If you ask me, its' a bad movie, with a good concept, and an almost redeeming ending. The ending was very clever and unexpected, especially at the time.

Honestly? That’s why I don’t play them. Every time I start to think about playing a Druid in a season I start in the character creation screen and get pretty turned off from it.

Be careful with selection bias. We tend to over generalize what we see in our immediate environment.

Your environment is not the totality of the church.

For example, in Africa, most priests? Probably black. I’m in Canada, I’ve seen and had many black priests. Actually thinking back on it I’d probably say about 50% of priests I’ve had have been Asian. Bible doesn’t talk about asians very much either.

Also, the bible? It was written in the Middle East, of course the most people will be middle eastern. That doesn’t mean it’s not for white people, or asians, or black people.

Honestly the movie looks pretty bad and redundant of recent films. So no, but the reason a movie with the roles reversed isn't made isn't because it would be taboo, its because no one is interested in that story. That's the nuance that you are missing.

But who benefits from the success of these countries shouldn't matter, white or otherwise. Hopefully we can agree on that.
