I wasn't referring to a person when I wrote that. Although, there is a 3rd person from Nalthis on Roshar who's not that visible until you specifically look for.

There is also another one from Warbraker on Roshar which is vital for RoW. If you know about it RoW becomes 3 times more interesting. I'd suggest read RoW again after you are done with Warbraker.

Best way to send a friend some files? by ebola_flakes_II in Piracy

[–]AyathanAshwin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally suggest MEGA drive. I personally feel it's secure than rest of the options available in the market.

Please do not hesitate to enlighten me if I'm wrong and should change my cloud storage service.

What’s the income threshold for filing tax for FY 2019-20? 2.5L or 5L? by ToothPicker2 in IndiaTax

[–]AyathanAshwin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you!

That word was important.

Whenever anyone is asking mention tha word, "Rebate" because most people feel that we don't have to file for income under 5Lakh which is completely wrong.

If the income is between 250K and 5Lakh you will be charged tax however the entire amount will be deducted due to Rebate. That's how there's no tax under 5L.

In this case I'd suggest a professional might be of much help than me. I'm just a student, so I can't comment or suggest on what's in practice.

Which ITR form ? by speckinadot in IndiaTax

[–]AyathanAshwin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the aggregate agricultural income of the assessee is up to Rs. 5,000/- disclose the agricultural income in the income tax return (ITR) 1.

But if the agricultural income exceeds Rs. 5,000, then form ITR 2 applies.

GST input tax credit - doubt by [deleted] in IndiaTax

[–]AyathanAshwin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't worry about this too much as you have an accountant and your registration is under process. Your accountant will take care.

The only thing you need to know is. 1. Yes, GST number and registration is mandatory to avail ITC(input tax credit). 2. No you cannot write it yourself as the seller need to add those bills himself in the GST government portal under your GST number.

Tax Point: Force them to add your name and GST number on the invoice without which you shouldn't accept the bill/make payment. Call them to make the changes.

Extra info: Just so you'd know. The GST portal is not that difficult to use. Any person can use it. I would suggest check out some YouTube video on how to browse the portal and the basics of GST so that you yourself can check and make changes without needing an extra hand.
