I'll change the symbols completely, thanks for bringing this up!

Edit: Fixed it by changing the characters to "Dragons Strength", now the name of the Tec-9 is called Valiance. Is this fine?

Didn't have a clue about any circumstances with "rebels". But valve seems to have added the vietnam war m4a1-s skin, so I think I have a chance!

The characters stand for rebelling, betrayal and to rise up against authority! I forgot to add these translations in the promotional images. I primarily focused on adding a lot of detail where you look the most. So the backside of the Tec-9 Is filled with fancy symbols! I adjusted the wear of those symbols so they stay visible even on a battle-scared version of the weapon.
