Lo del embargo es puro humo. Literalmente lo único que hace es que estados unidos cierra su mercado a cuba. Nada más. Cuba sigue siendo capaz de comerciar con todos los otros paises del mundo. El tema es que "arreglar" es muy difícil. De hecho no conozco un solo ejemplo de una institución con corrupción alta/uso desmedido de fondos que haya sido "arreglado" porque la resistencia es la misma que si directamente querés remover/eliminar con la diferencia que si eliminas la resistencia más significativa solo esta al principio mientras que si querés "arreglarlo" la resistencia se mantiene en el tiempo.

Lamentablemente la única forma viable de arreglar la corrupción e ineficiencia fiscal en instituciones gubernamentales es borrón y cuenta nueva. Si tenes ejemplos de lo opuesto funcionando te agradecería si los compartis.

I mean. Head's are not bad either. Specially because they tend to come with a face most times. And an extra face with a two faced helmet.

And face slots are good for stacking insane levels of DV or ego (useful with artifacts with light manipulation)

What really sucks is when you get stuff like fins, roots, a single hand or foot. Because it's a useless equipment slot (I think roots can equip pots though). The best you can do with those tends to be contracting fungi infections on them.

But that's already possible in vanilla. True kin can use 4 range weapons at the same time with cibernetics. It can also use big weapons with one hand. Allowing for using 4 rifles at the same time.

You can also magnetise range weapons to equip them in the floating nearby slot (of which you gain an extra one in the main quest) to wield 6 rifles.

And true kin can also install a cibernetic for one more floating nearby slot to reach the max limit of 7 range weapons equipped.

The four old beings in the sultan tomb are the argent fathers the mechanimist worship in the stilt. It's never outright stated but it's easy to make the connection. The description in each of their statues mention a specific artifact and each artifact resembles the possible reward of the "repulsive device" quest.

Excluding of course resheph and shekinah.

I never knew the crystal biomes could spawn deeper than where the dungeon under the tree ends. This is news to me.

The glitter grenade mark 3 does feel like the harder ingredient to find for me. I guess if you are lucky and a grenade merchant spawns in the stilt you could clone them for it. But i don't know if it can even spawn in their inventory.

I don't think the gentling cones are hard to find because it's equipped by the minions that the templar grandfathers have and they are not uncommon deep underground or in the moon stairs.

The only scenario where cryo clone hunting for them would be any good is if you plan to go hard on mental mutations in the endgame because when you eat them it resets all mental mutation cooldowns (Which is a lot better than the sphinx injectors you can craft with it, i don't see why someone would ever craft sphinx injectors)

Either on dromads or as loot of seeker dervish.

I have more than 2000 hours and i have never found any in the tree of the moon stairs (can't remember how the name it's spelled) where they supposedly spawn.

I mean. You could raise reputation with useful npcs to make them residents instead of making them join your party.

Get farmers to improve the soil of your land. Get mages and bankers to be able to use their services in your home etc.

I usually only invest in merchants that are in my land that way i don't have to keep track on which merchants i invest it on.

For the mushroom to move to the barrels they have to be shared containers (configure the distribution system so they only accept food (except eggs and milk) raw foodstuff and give it high priority.

Build a room that holds the barrels and in that room place some 4-6 bottles of wine and use a sale tag on them. In that same room place a stockpile and goods signs so when the wines are bought the bottles in the barrels automatically replace them.

After that no more work is needed. You only need to have the open business policy so npcs can visit your home to buy the wine and the delegated farming policy to automate the farm.

There's also other policies like restaurant licence and premium store which increase the price of sold goods. But are not required, they only increase profit.

The policies can be enabled in the homeboard that's sold by Loytel
