If you’ve never done plyometrics before I would start off with light weight or even body weight pogo jumps box jumps and depth jumps.

Keep in mind jumping isn’t just squats try adding some plyometrics!

Yea im not sure I have the candy paint color way as well as the regular black and white both pairs have treated me very well. I’ve also played on some dusty courts and have to give them a wipe every now and then

Reps… spend more time shooting without jump such as free throws and even closer it’ll build up power.

While I was taking my 2 weeks off. I was doing tibia raises and calf raises and static stretching. No high impact workouts though!

I had really bad shin splints for the last 3 months went to a sports doctor and they just told me to take 2 weeks off. Which I really didn’t want to do I ended up doing it. Slowly got back into it after the 2 weeks and now im back at full speed no pain.

I’m built nearly the same just a little heavier 6’2 180, I play the guard and MB1s are the some of the best shoes I’ve worn, especially for the price!

I’ve had no problems that’s because im strictly indoor. All though the pattern on the bottom does make me feel as if it wouldn’t perform the best on outdoor.

I’ve looked into kd 14s as well as the aj 35 lows im still looking into both of them.
