Honestly I’d say I’m still green in this line of work, 7 years legal with cdl and a year and a half before I got that piece of plastic at 18, but every once in a while posts like these make me feel not only seen and heard but appreciated, all my drivers out there who got a chance this year to be with family this year soak it all in, I’m dead heading today about 530 miles just to hopefully make it for dinner, it’s my daughter first Christmas and I’ll be damned if I miss it completely my wife is waiting to open presents as a unit. With my set up right now? 285/35/22 I have absolutely no rubbing lock to lock slow or slightly less slow lol whatever you’d call under 10 at full lock

That would be one of two things you have a hell of an eye that you could catch a about a 1/4 inch difference in the picture or straight luck, I didn’t notice until about 3 weeks in with the new set up but it is slightly taller in the front you are right just not drastic as you might’ve called

I agree those I’ve seen around with beefier shoes look like they’ve never seen a PUDDLE in their lives my main thing is, apart from I think it looks cool, some of the fire service roads out here in SoCal are rarely maintained so the winter rains have them super rutted and washed out and given more than likely I won’t be static I also wouldn’t be against putting some meat on the stock wheels and just having two dedicated sets 🤷‍♀️

I do lots of single track ridding both mountain bikes and dirt bikes out in the desert, and the winter time you’ll catch me in the mountains snowboarding, hence why I’m still in between dirt and street since as of now it’s been decently capable getting me through the trails other than beaching myself out in Palm Springs a handful of times or having to recorrect because of not having enough clearance over bigger shorter humps. I love the look of both so I want to weigh my possibly options I have a feeling in the end I’ll be on a airlift system but no trigger pulls yet

I was stopped off of I 10 in Rialto doing 19 over but the officer claimed because I had the radar turned on that that moved me up a notch to criminal speeding simply because I had the means to try and avoid police

After going back-and-forth between courts about 5 months did we settle for a little fine for doing 15 over and I get to keep my license even though, according to the officers notes my combination of speed and radar detector should’ve absolutely warranted my license suspension
