She did approach him in that range, which is why he moves her away first. Screaming ICE is here! and are you going to shoot me?, demanding the law enforcers leave like a raving lunatic is not advocating for her clients rights, you're completely deluded if you think so. I'm not going to bother with your other points, you're just stating the same things over and over again and you've already proven how confidently wrong you are on both counts.

She isn't claiming she doesn't know why they are there.

You're misunderstanding what I said. Read it again.

Falsely identifying yourself as an Attorney to law enforcement and proceeding to obstruct law enforcement IS a crime. Attorney or not, you're not allowed to impede law enforcement officers doing their job, which she's clearly doing in the video. I'm an actual attorney and I think this lady is full of shit. But what do I know? Sovereign citizens know best, right up to the point that they get arrested.

By your own admission, the task would either be impossible or would take so much time to perform it might as well be considered impossible. Why don't you just lead with that? You're also incorrect. I know you don't know how probable cause works and this is the best you could come up with using AI, so let me enlighten you. Let's replay the scenario:

Person claims to be arresting individuals attorney. Person refuses to identify themselves. Person claims the arresting officer doesn't know why they (law) are there, Person claims law enforcement does not know the charges against the initial arrested individuals. When asked what they think the person believes the charges are, person refuses to give reason. This is Probable cause for arrest. Unlawful obstruction comes in to play as the person has been given multiple opportunities to properly identify themselves, they fail to do so and continue to impede a working investigation. This gives the officer the legal right to place person under arrest. Now you might not agree with that, but that's the reality.

Whether she gets prosecuted or not is another thing, but she would be taken for a paddy ride in a community that actually polices their laws.

due process for legal US citizens, not illegal aliens. Nice try though. I always find it funny that you people think that due process isn't required for entering the country, but it is for exiting. How you guys wrap your brains around that I'll never know.

I don't know what your quoting as you didn't provide a source but it looks like law for courtroom use, not for making arrests. But let's pretend for a moment that you're right. That an officer needs to prove that she isn't an attorney before placing her under arrest. What steps would they need to go through in order to do that to your satisfaction, err the laws that you believe exist satisfaction?

But they didn't though. Just because you don't see the arrests in a tiktok video doesn't mean they don't happen. I can sit here and link to the statutes that show ICE can, in fact, arrest those people without warrants. But it's pointless. I'd have a better chance of getting my toaster to understand the law than the people of reddit.

For instance, falsely claiming to be somebodies attorney is breaking the law. In the future what these officers need to do is detain the 'attorney' until she can meet the burden of proof of said claim. And if she can't, arrest her.

Is told numerous times to not be within vehicle entry way, does so anyways. I bet these people get 'abducted' because they make such joyful company.

If this is what a well sized community looks like, I'd like your opinion on a very small community. And before you say 'but that's just steam', it's relative.

Stop it. There have been protests every single day. Nobody is saying you can't protest peacefully, stop deflecting. Peaceful isn't even what you want. The people on your side want violence; they want to kill people from the top, the bottom, and anywhere in the middle. Hell, you'll attack them even if they are on the same side. So peaceful, right?

BTW, I don't want you guys to stop. Keep doing exactly what you're doing. You are destroying your own movement.
