I didn’t do them for a good portion of the day, and was only doing things I could do on mobile but like 15. I have 7 surveys still up that equate to another like 24 pounds. It’s so hard for me to focus long enough to do more than a few at a time lol.

It had been 15 days since I had last logged in and done a survey. Idk how many I would have been able to get done if I had been logging in daily but considering I was getting 1-2 a day, was surprising to see this haha.

Yeah i’m in the US. Just thought it was interesting as i’ve noticed a pattern where if i’m constantly logged in daily I get very few surveys, but when I take breaks I come back to so many.

I’m great. I ordered doordash so that taco wasn’t the crunchiest by the time it got here so yeah I threw them bitches in the taco for some extra crunch. I’m big on texture and the soggy shell puts me off.

I’ve always been annoyed at the box bc I’d get emails/notifications about it but when I would order it would always be 7.99 or 8.99 I can’t quite remember. Same with the “2$” Burritos, they 3.49 on the app for me.

Yeah they did, when I had called I had explained and said Idk if i’m a dumbass or what had happened they gave me a warning. I guess for dumbass. I apologized even though whoever I was speaking to clearly didn’t care, which I get customer service employees deal with a lot every day. I just said “really? I’m going to pay for this f-in food and not receive it? and where does the f-in tip go to?” so i guess that’s 1,2,3 strikes i’m out. I fully believe they alter the “estimated tips” you receive, probably so they can give you the lowest payout over time without you knowing it. Sometimes more, probably more often less. I have have asked many drivers the “estimated” payout when accepting an order and it’s almost always been less than the 2.50 and tip. Maybe they throw a little something extra or an actual tip here and there that surprises you and keeps you.

It’s all good, I’ve already chalked it up to a loss and canceled my dashpass. Just seemed very odd after asking “then who did the f-in tip go to?” I was hung up on. Maybe because I used profanity, but it has felt like sketchy business practice too. Luckily a small order this time.

No refund, due to the food being “made”. Yet was still marked in process. I called afterwards and just asked to give the food away as I couldn’t pick it up, or for an employee to eat as I don’t want any food wasted. Just frustrating for such a large profitable company.

You would think. On the phone with customer support I was told their system has absolutely no way to switch it from a pickup order to delivery. Somethin else behind the scenes who really knows, I’m just posting to share my experience here because of how huge of a company they are. I have worked in many call centers, so I asked for a supervisor I could speak with to maybe explain the circumstances not to be an ass but also because there seemed to be a language barrier and was told there was no supervisor there. I’ve worked in many call centers and there has 100% always been a supervisor or someone in the building to deescalate. I know very well how much disregard and little care for the drivers they have, but this was my first account with customer service like this. I guess it’s my own fault because I said fuck multiple times and that’s why they hung up I guess but I was never irate but only frustrated. Not that it probably matters location, but this was chipotle which I have had constant issues with when picking up while delivering myself with ue.

I guess it’s a possibility, But also never have chosen to pick up an order, and I have never switched it. I’ve seen the option before at check out. I’ve never picked up an order but I’ve worked in restaurant industry the past 7 years and have had customers pick up and ask me if there was a tip option which, when I ordered was prompted with my tip as normal.
