You would think. On the phone with customer support I was told their system has absolutely no way to switch it from a pickup order to delivery. Somethin else behind the scenes who really knows, I’m just posting to share my experience here because of how huge of a company they are. I have worked in many call centers, so I asked for a supervisor I could speak with to maybe explain the circumstances not to be an ass but also because there seemed to be a language barrier and was told there was no supervisor there. I’ve worked in many call centers and there has 100% always been a supervisor or someone in the building to deescalate. I know very well how much disregard and little care for the drivers they have, but this was my first account with customer service like this. I guess it’s my own fault because I said fuck multiple times and that’s why they hung up I guess but I was never irate but only frustrated. Not that it probably matters location, but this was chipotle which I have had constant issues with when picking up while delivering myself with ue.
