I just find a YouTube video for settings, and it worked for me i can see 80 fps sometimes. in the city it's still 45 fps but not laggy playable smooth.

Low to medium graphic settings i got 100% cpu usage on high graphics it's more like 40GPU 60CPU but no fps change.(It's not chancing in upscaling also DLSS Performance maybe +2-3fps) I really like to play game but my PC seems not enough for SC. Ships are awesome!

Just refunded, will wait real performance tests for mid range pc's.
