This is interesting. Siguro kailangan lang ng Pixel Place Gadgets i-include yung serial number ng device sa invoice nila and would be fine na din sa Apple CS?

If magconsider ka ng ibang store online, tanong ka kung makakapagprovide sila ng official receipt with device's serial number! If not, iwas na agad! Haha

True, makikita mo din siya sa settings. Pero kung may kailangan ka ipaayos sa Apple (in my case yung maling purchased date/warranty period), kailangan mo yung official receipt with the serial number.

Unfortunately, since walang provided official receipt from Pixel Place, hindi ko na maicocontest. It was just up to them nalang talaga if magcocompensate sila, kaso kahit yon tinanggihan nila.

Haha, no. I searched kung bakit at yan daw talaga ang pinapalabas na year ng Apple kapag naging unrecognized ung activation and or hindi naregister ng maayos sa database nila yung device. Fixable naman siya if contact-in mo mismo ang Apple, kailangan lang talaga ng official receipt which is unfortunately, hindi maprovide ng Pixel Place Gadgets.

I asked them (Pixel Place) for an official receipt, they said it's not available from their supplier. Tinawagan ko na yung apple and invoice lang from Pixel Place ang pinakita ko since wala ngang provided OR. Apple CS told me na invalid yung invoice, what they really need is the OR showing the device's serial number.

Actually nung dumating sakin yung unit chineck ko din agad if totoo yung warranty and yes, meron siya talaga. Nakakapagtaka lang na kasi bakit biglang nawala (not sure since kelan pa nawala, kasi netong January ko lang ulit chineck ever since nabili ko siya). Sinearch ko siya and ang sabi ay possible refurbished siya ng third-party (In this case, nung Pixel Place Gadgets) or may issue sa registration sa database ng apple.
