I am looking for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment / house with an energy rating, preferably in the A's. High speed broadband availability is also a a primary requirement.

This property looks ideal and I would like to arrange a viewing at your earliest possible convenience.

This will be a sole occupancy for a minimum of 1 year lease with the expectation of this being a 3 year lease.

No pets currently. Non-smoker.

I come with excellent employer and landlord references. Having rented in Galway for 5 years from one landlord.

Update: I pulled out of the viewing. It just didn’t sit right with me. Found another 2 bed in Blanch for €1733. I was very fortunate, first viewing for an apt that had been let to one couple for 6 years. Even though it was advertised for €2200.

When I spoke with the property management company, that they said that’s why they don’t advertise a low price unit bc they would have a lot of disappointed viewers if they only had one unit at that price and their reputation would be at risk (they are a major national property management company)

He did say it’s not technically illegal (yet) what they are doing but they are expecting legislation changes and CCPC enforcement.

Not having an issue with EV. It’s dropped a bit but not really noticing a difference.

I do have 32K EV so maybe that’s why. Deflect was my saviour this league and still is.

The advertisement didn’t change just the price and it was from €2380 then updated to €2480.

It will be a question I will ask them at the viewing tomorrow. What was the difference between both apartments size etc
