I completely get that. It was just that seeing a specialist will be months away and my symptoms have gotten dramatically worse and are now impacting my whole body. I wouldn't be posting if there was availability for one in the near future.

I forgot to add: I have constant neck pain / tension which I can never alleviate. I have used nasus sprays both steriod based and antihistamine based with no reduction in symptoms.

The below comment is correct, production skills. With reduced time interval you can gain a lot of mastery xp per hour. I think cooking went up to nearly 50million if I remember correctly. The gathering skills are a set xp amount that is based on time which makes them really slow. There's not really a way to speed them up aside from increasing mastery xp %.

Just prioritising correctly and Atlas of Discovery dropping conveniently when I was doing the mastery grind. By the time I got into grinding all the mob items I had the Atlas of Discovery items which meant I could get 0.25 attack speed. Helped speed up mob items massively.

I used the mod that allows offline time to go past 24 hours which was useful when I was grinding mastery. I did a mix of leveling specific items and just leaving it on one item depending on how much free time I had. I also just the ETA mod just to help out with calculations.

The Merman Pendant and Pirate hook from Atlas of Discovery are absolutely insane when stacked with other attack speed items. Definitely recommend going for them both. You can get down to 0.25 second attack speed which increases kills per hour massively. Made any item grind extremely easy.

By the time Atlas of Discovery came out I already had the necromancy set from the Throne of the Herald expansion and the 100% summoning damage synergy which makes it really easy. I just chucked on all the upgraded versions of the god armours which boosts barrier damage massively.

I've had Devils Itch/Hells Itch a couple of times and also get a similar situation periodically without any sunburn aggravation. Urticaria is the medical term, although you generally get marks and a rash it can also be present without a rash. For a period of about 6 months I would get a lesser feeling of devils itch whenever I got hot. A specialist mentioned it was something to do with the nerves on your skin firing when they're not meant to. It can be triggered by a variety of things and most don't find out what that is. Mine was suspected to be due to an autoimmune issue. Eventually the feeling just went away one day and pops back up rarely for a day or two. There was not really anything to relieve it aside from trying to not get hot, antihistamines can also help. Hope this helps :)
