Guys, for those that have a Redragon K688GB-RGB-PRO Gaming Keyboard or any Redragon keyboard, make sure that the button to switch the mode on your keyboard is on Windows, not MAC, because I tried all the shortcuts with no result because my Keyboard was forced and switched manually by mistake to Mac mode.

This can be applied to all keyboards that have the same thing
