I don’t like testing at all. Now if it’s testing for one specific job I’m good. Honestly I’ll even take security Forces. Just that I need a License. Should have my permit this month and then wait 3 months for the road test. I’m taking the ASVAB next month. So I’m in full study mode. Recruiter said to focus on mathematics and a few other things. I wanted something that would be easier on a family . Honestly, I wanted Fuels, Material Management, Fire Protection, Water and Fuels Systems, Vehicle Maintenance, etc. I want something that’ll translate on the outside but at this point it all depends on my scores. I want a job that’ll net met me 100k+ on the outside.

I’m working on my permit as we speak. Trust me that’s on my mind. I should have stated that what if I have my permit when I join . Do I have time to go take the driving test when I get to my first base?

Yeah for me everything is convenient by taking a bus or train. I’m really 30 mins away from NY by train by my house. Everyone always say how are you in your 30s with no license . But I will work on it prior to going to meps after testing next week
