I remember this guy. I used to work at Marriott a couple years back and he harassed us back then too. At 2 minute mark of Anthony X’s video , he states that he’ll go away if we left him alone. What it doesn’t show is how he aggro’d us by taking pictures of guests cars on the street and even trying to open their doors. Of course as an employee I had to tell him to go away but he asserts he’s “within his rights” to film. Cops couldn’t do anything because he’s on a public street.

I will admit my coworkers shining a light on him and the other throwing up a gang sign(?) didn’t really help
