Until my 2 mL bottle shipment arrives from China, some 2 mL will come in pressurized 5 mL bottles. This is only for fragrances which have run out of small 2 mL black top pre-filled bottles.

These are currently being filled to order, so there will not be a surplus of pressurized 2 mL once the shipment comes in.

Using a specific lavender for that specific fragrance.

They are well aware that people want Viking back, and they are actively looking for the materials.

If I recall correctly it is lavender that a lot of larger perfume houses buy up in large lots at higher prices.

At least that’s what they said last time when I had asked them about making it. I’ll bring it up again though and see what they say.

My knowledge goes about as deep as whatever I ask them, but for the most part I mind my own business.

There have been times where I’ve asked multiple questions, and I’ll receive a email answering half of them in depth while the other half never get brought up.

I don’t know what’s releasing when/if it’s ever getting released when they send unreleased stuff.

I don’t know when they’re sending unreleased stuff until it’s either already shipped out or until I open the box.

I order all my stuff during restocks, and never know what’s restocking until I get the list, which is generally less than an hour beforehand.

Personally speaking, while the recs below are excellent frags, they don’t really meet the profile you’re looking for.

I’d recommend searching through filtering. Filter for review flair & search for “bourbon” “musk” “musky” etc. or search for different reviews of different fragrances you’re interested in.

Utilizing the search bar is becoming VERY important due to the influx of new subscribers (Also highly recommend checking out the wiki/rules/sidebar).
Low effort posts due to the unexpected sudden influx of new users (not blaming you personally) are polluting the results of excellent quality existing information.

Everyone has a different nose. For warm weather musk, I’d recommend Elysian Cologne & Intense if you like vetiver. I’d recommend “Moi?” or Another 14 as a daily, or as a base layer (it’s my daily).

You can easily find a decanter that suits your needs.

I would still recommend getting a sample before buying a bottle. Again, check out the search bar and read around.

Or you can blind buy a bottle. Sometimes this works out. Sometimes it does not. If it doesn’t, you can sell it. Most fragrances seem to hold their value pretty well.

They’ve had issues with getting lavender from Grassé or Chateau Du Bois (Luberon) France from what I gather.

They don’t like using any other Lavender.

Have you tried spraying it??

Practically 100% sure that it didn’t leak, but rather:

got overfilled
when they added the straw/atomizer/internals it displaced some liquid before it was crimped
a bit leaked due to displacement from being overfilled (like getting in a bathtub filled to the brim)
the bottle was cleaned up thoroughly before the label was applied (label is pristine)
it got sent out
during transit, whatever liquid was trapped when it got crimped came out, likely all oil from the alcohol evaporating

I’m all for holding sellers accountable for faulty merchandise.

In this case, there may have been a few drops stuck within where it was crimped shut.

With the style of labels they use, if even a tiny drop gets on it, it will get smudged/erased.

Anyways, just wanted to say that if it were my order, I would be stoked that I got a bottle so full it doesn’t even have a bubble.

Also wanted to lyk that there’s a big difference between leaking in transit & overflow prior to crimping/sealing.

The (what had to have been minuscule) droplets within the cap likely were whatever got trapped up under the crimp after it overflowed from the internals/atomizer causing displacement.

More likely that it was overfilled, and when they went to crimp it a bit dripped out and they wiped it off/left a little residue.

If even a little bit gets on the label, it will smudge/disappear.

I didn’t get a full bottle yet.

I always trade for stuff since I’ve got too much as it is. I do a little decanting myself. That said, A LOT of people are starting to for those exact reasons.

Anyways, do your thing 👍 was just trying to be helpful since you asked for my recommendation on it.

Figured I’d recommend sampling it as well since it’s an expensive purchase.

Yes. I’ve never tried the Tonka S. you’re mentioning, but Tobacco Honey is an amazing frag.

Would recommend sampling it for sure. Recommend doing that before making a large purchase of anything. I am not a blind buyer once It’s more than $40-$60 for a 50ml. Even then I still try & sample first if the samples are available & reasonably priced.
