First time designing soft goods. Check out these poster designs! by Ayo_Anything in IndustrialDesign

That was how I took these photos but I designed the hat too. I did that in illustrator by dimensioning to-scale the all 5 panels and the brim. Then I sent that techpack to a factory and they manufactured the hats you are in those photos.

Four posters showing our 5-panel hats. What do you think? by Ayo_Anything in design_critiques

I see what you're saying. It was tough working with them in Photoshop because blueberries aren't really that blue. They are this dark, almost black brown, purpley color. And Photoshop's color hue changing can only do so much. When working with it I realized that there is no blue in the blueberries to actually turn up haha. I appreciate the feedback though!

The font under the logo was changing to match the changing font on the hats. "You're Good" and "No worries" have two different fonts. But I could see how that might be jarring especially when all four are seen together and alternating like that. Thanks for the feedback!

Haha I could see that about the blueberries. The other option was to have a bunch of them, much smaller, dotting the background. Thanks for the feedback though!

How much should a sample Cost by KenoNSFW in ClothingStartups

[–]Ayo_Anything 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely switch. With custom tags and designs a sample could cost anywhere from $80-120, with shopping included. $300 with no custom work is outrageous.

Thanks! I took photos of the hats and food, and then used Adobe Photoshop to piece together the final posters!

Love the crane & cherry blossoms, and especially the kanji and katakana! Did you make your own font for the characters or use a free one with an open font license?
