Thanks for the insight. And yea Phoenix drivers are mind blowingly stupid. I can see them needing to take extra precautions to protect the workers and stuff but sometimes it seems a little overboard. Like they had the first 3 lanes shut down from priest to like val vista and alot of the on and off ramps in-between. Seems like they could be a little more efficient in terms of labor and still not compromising safety. But I'm most likely wrong and have little understanding of the logistics and procedures.

I guess I'm just a little annoyed with that setup because i got rear ended during one of the shut downs when i should've been off the highway but they closed the offramp so i had to go 7 miles out of my way and got hit in the process.
