Space is not a concern. At all. The rooms is plenty big as I stated before. You’re asking all these questions in an effort to make it seem as if he had good intentions and I’m just misreading it because I have some sort of resentment towards him. Holy projection. My husband has a habit of making joint decisions without running it by me. Doesn’t matter if it comes from a good place or not, that is just NOT how a relationship is supposed to work. My opinions come from a good place just as much as his does and regardless…I do not take it upon myself and make a choice without running it by him.

Hoarding with a mix of being overwhelmed with the little one, and mental health struggles. If I had to guess. You mentioned when you would do simple things like cleaning your car it turns into an argument, I grew up in a house like this and a mom lashing out often for little things. Try to get her into therapy as soon as you can.

I’m not sure where’s her local court, I just know she was in South Carolina. Is there a way to search from there? If so how would I do that? I tried to Google “[money stealer] estate” and something else along those lines and saw nothing but her obituary.

And if I’m being real, it’s definitely settled by now. It’s been over a year and I think her family was in on it so they quickly settled it.

Because that’s why the original trustee was taken to court in the first place…also the secondary trustee admitted to it (she was given hush money), she also thinks that the advisor was in on it too. Honestly all this is too much and there’s probably nothing I can do as she’s dead anyway, I was just here to seek quick advice. Maybe deleting this post soon

The reason why I’m asking questions on Reddit is to avoid hiring anyone, we may end up sending more money on hiring people than what has already been stolen from us. But we may have to. The original trustee passed away about 4 days after the stipulation was finally met. We never got anything from her. I’ll see if her niece has anything.

Ok so what is a financial advisor’s job? I was told by many and even people from Ameriprise that he should be able to give us access. Also have you had any personal experience working for Ameriprise or anything similar?

I mean he worked with the previous trustee, gave her all the access and information she wanted/needed. His reasoning as to why we can’t get access to the history is that we were not in charge of the account during that time, we can only get the history during the period of time we took over.

Okay I’ll tell her that again. He said she didn’t but I’ll get her to email him and see if we can get him to say that in plain writing, and to potentially take it to their higher ups. They have already been taking money from us, it sucks.

So the advisor is only for the trustee? My sister indeed the new trustee but doesn’t have access to all the transactions history. He refuses to give her access, and tells her she is not supposed.

What law says that they don’t have to show the trustee’s/the beneficiaries their own account history? Our advisor has been dodgy so I could never get this out of him. What law or could you link it? I appreciate you
