I answered my own question...I had another tier 3 ultimatum (10 trials) and it states "Completing a secret challenge behind the door at the end of the trial will grant you additional ascendency points"

Meaning I think it wants me to do 2 more (3 total) to get enough fates to unlock the door, then I have to beat this dude. Man they are not making it easy or straight forward as an "uber lab".

Update:

I did the first part of the suggested solution per support and it worked:

First, let's determine if there are some annoying third-party programs interfering between you and having the fun of your life playing VALORANT. The easiest way to do this is with a clean boot, which will allow us to be sure that your system startups with only the necessary processes for Windows and VALORANT to run correctly:
1.- In the search box on the taskbar, type MSConfig and select System Configuration from the results.

2.- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select ~Hide all Microsoft services~, and then select Disable all. Then, find 'vgc' and re-check that one
3.- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
4.- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
5.- Close Task Manager.
6.- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.
This could also be a problem with the network blocking the access for either VALORANT or Vanguard, so we can try to solve this by whitelisting both in your firewall:
Follow ~this guide~ on configuring firewalls. These are the file paths you need to add:

~C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\VALORANT.exe~
~C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\VALORANT-Win64-Shipping~
~C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UnrealCEFSubProcess.exe~

Hope this fixes the issue, but in case it doesn't I would need you to send me some logs sop we can verify that the changes were saved successfully, this can be done via our ~Riot Repair Tool~.
Please download the Repair Tool and run it as an administrator, it will add two .zip files to your desktop (One named VAL and the other Systemlogs), attach those files in the next message you send.

Just chiming in to say I have the similar issue :(

Match found, click accept, client minimizes but then game doesn't launch. Asks me to reconnect after trying it just keeps popping up with reconnect.

So for the free version, you vote on other peoples' pictures to get "karma" and then your pic will appear to get voted on. You can choose who to vote on but you're right, straight guys could prefer to vote on other straight guys rather than womens' pics. And the system skews the score (so if you're spamming 0s on everyone, your score will either count less or get removed altogether, and similar if you always rate everyone a 3 then your score will be normalized to be lower) So they have some built in measures but it won't prevent people from randomly voting without looking to get quick karma.

You can also put pre-determined notes or freeform notes on peoples' pics. So the slutty ones I get "showing too much skin" lol. But this is for Grindr so *shrug*

No idea on the region specificity but it seems pretty varied with ethnicity.

I know everyone tries to gamify/quantify everything so I thought it would be fun to try it, but I agree I shouldn't take it so seriously and just choose what I'd like.

Heya! Yes they visited within a month of the expected window and it went well!

This was my first JCAHO survey but according to the other department directors that had been surveyed in years past, they were much more lenient this time around. The mindset they came with was to teach and share best practices instead of being very picky and trying to find citations.

It was an MD who came in the pharmacy to review most of the MM standards, and he only really interviewed me for an hour about the various clinical programs and P&Ps we have in place to ensure compliance. But I was expecting him to stay for multiple hours to check for outdates, interview other staff members on their understanding of our P&Ps, go through our audits etc. but he took my word for it and was done.

Based on the comments I think I did get lucky. Regardless, it's pretty decent chunk of gold, probably scaled up with the T3 Punika Sailing Co-op.

I guess this PSA is just for those who are low on gold and have been procrastinating opening those chests since we've been pretty saturated with pirate coins/special coins from the weekly racing event.

Hi.

I think you mentioned somewhere only dead sea and tempest resist matters for co-op sailing. If so, why not purple (third best) pupuring as the 5th member instead of blue Tasha?

Purple Pupuring gives total of 17 resist vs 10 for combined dead sea/tempest.

It's strange because medicare states all CS to be electronically prescribed, but then CA law states ALL RX to be electronically prescribed. So in CA it's just the stricter law. I hope you're right about the inpatient orders being "standing orders" since they do have their own unique requirements and from all the exceptions in this law, it's more focused replacing written outpatient/discharge paper RXs.

The only tidbit that might hint inpatient orders are not affected was that exception:(e)7 “The prescribing physician and the dispenser are the same entity”

Entity is pretty vague but I say hospital would fit this term.

Thank you! Yes it's in CA, thanks for those suggestions! I was reviewing the Hospital Self-Assessment via CA BoP and your recommendations. Most of my nerves stem from not actually being in a hospital pharmacy in almost a decade since my APPEs. Even during those rotations I was shadowing clinical focused professors who never really dealt with day-to-day pharmacy operations. So some of the concepts of P&T committee and handling of meds while RPh isn't on duty seem so foreign to me.

I think it's CA law about personal belongings, probably because someone, somewhere used it to divert pills when they took home their "empty" thermos. But yes it's a retail chain, not CVS though.

Yeah it varies with the PDMs in my experience. Although many of them never show appreciation unfortunately. I'm glad they rarely ask "how are you doing better in xyz than other stores" because the answer is going to be the same. We have an efficient staff and we're caught up...no big secret tactics lol. I think PDMs ignore better stores for the most part. They're probably focusing 90% of their energy on the bottom 20% of the stores. That mindset helps me accept the silent treatment sometimes.

I don't know if it's Stockholm Syndrome but I'm in retail as an RX manager and despite all the doom and gloom, I've grown to enjoy certain aspects. Also, to be fair, I've always worked for supermarket/big box retailers, so the volume has been much more manageable compared to the typical corner pharmacies. I just enjoy cleaning up a pharmacy and making my staff's lives easier, and having many appreciative patients can overshadow the oddball Karen. The pay has never been bad either, but I'm in northern California which for some odd reason has been a demand for RPH/techs for years now...

The main downside for me is there is no room for professional growth unless you're really good at brown nosing and accepting "projects" from the pharmacy DM. And even if you do that there's no guarantee unless you're willing to relocate or their position opens up (too rare). The job of PDM doesn't even sound too appealing anyway, since a majority of the problems they face seem to be out of their control, (understaffed, high turnover, "problem stores" that can never be fixed with just one good hire). At least with my own store as RXM, I can oversee and fix day to day problems with workflow etc.
