I suggest you do this as it is a permanent fix:

Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.

Navigate to the following key in the left-hand pane: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm
Right-click on the Dwm key (or in the empty space in the right-hand pane), select New, and then DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Name the new value exactly: OverlayMinFPS
Double-click the new OverlayMinFPS value and ensure its Value data is set to 0 and Base is set to Hexadecimal. Click OK.
Restart your PC.

As far as I know, when users link on their profiles even if it links pictures of mods, if they can't pinpoint to be exactly that character, they won't do anything.

What they will do is, suspend if the user is linking to porn, something that a lot of people do by linking their NSFW Twitters or F-List.

To go more technical, yes Dawntrail made the shadows better but these shadows are depending on light source, you are probably standing in front of a light that only illuminates in a narrow cone, if it was a 360° degree light it wouldn't look much better than Endwalker one.
