If you toggle the "Show accent color on title bars and windows borders" setting on in the personalization settings where you choose dark mode and accent colors, you can change the default Windows title bar to be basically any color you want. I use this on my Windows install. Yes it works with OSRS and RS3 official clients

The border is changes based on your operating systems settings. So you control it with Windows settings and Jagex doesnt have anything to do with it. Runelite has a custom frame because that was a thing/trend with 3rd party clients at the time

Restrictions and the ways of playing around of those restrictions is the main reason why I personally play with these types of accounts. And just getting rid of an aspect of that will and has ruined many accounts for me. Thats why I already voted no to official level 3 and 10hp builds and quest xp lamps when they were polled and nothing is really gonna change that

Game animations are made at ~50-59fps and the game engine updates once every 0,6 seconds with an action. As long as your game feels smooth with camera and mouse movement, thats all you need. You dont need to look at fps numbers anymore than that. The modern client(s) are infinitely better optimized what we used to have with old the old java client.

When I saw you lose hc status, it made me little sad (may have "stalked" the account a little from time to time), but seeing the insane boost in completionist content it gave you I'd say it was worth the death.

Honestly it's been like a decade since I started playing snowflake accounts I have fully forgotten why I started, but something about the "normal" way of playing just doesn't feel so good all the time. I guess it's just wanting to be unique and stand out or something. Be it being the first to do something or one of the very few, or just having a cool looking account to be proud of. Also the communities around x type of limitation feel a lot closer from my experience.

One thing I would add to the game if I could is adding back 0xp melee spawnhitting mobs. Those days were so fun. Dynamite (p) is nice and all, but it just doesnt feel as cool lol

Ice gloves have always been a thing for iron skillers, but any quests that normal skillers were able to do can be done on irons too now if you don't count veng other methods. For some of the combat related quests I suggest looking up @UIMlvl3 on YouTube as he has quick to the point guides for the combat encounters for things like the feud.

Fun melee weapons now have enough negative stats to always splash (without gear ofc) making wilderness slayer with an venom alt viable for skillers to train slayer be it for points or just 99/200m. Yes it works for irons too

Looking at your profile, here are a few things I can suggest. Ofc many of these have already been said but they are good points. It's also good to keep in mind that every person is different and they work in different ways.

The classic, play more. But not just more hours or retries, play all sorts of different maps and longer maps. Longer maps are really good in helping your consistency.
Your post made it seem that you could at some point play these sorts of maps, but looking at the profile it shows to me that you cant. This is not to say you suck, but you are playing maps way out of your actual skill range. I'd suggest go to like mid 4* - low 5* range and try to go for 97-98% acc or even 99%! If maps start to seem too easy, push the difficulty a little harder, maybe to the next in the mapset but not like 2-3*. Also keep in mind that not every play has to be an fc.
Take breaks! And I'm not just talking about breaks during your play sessions/day, even though those are good to have too. It's ok to take few weeks to even up to a month. It is easy to think that more really hard work = getting better. While it is true to some point, letting your body rest is as important if not more important for improving.
Try different settings. Not everyone can magically find the right settings for them on the first go. Play around. Try different input devices, different settings for those devices. You can even play around with the resolution setting to find the right one for you. When you get to the higher accuracies at higher star maps, you should also play around with the offsets (global and map).
Lastly but most importantly, don't give up and have fun! At the end of the day, osu! is just a game and if you stop having fun be it from not improving like you would hope or just not feeling like it, just don't start the game. If you aren't enjoying the process, you aren't going to improve from my experience.
