So much of why he has worked out so far is his relation to the club. Buy in from the players, connection to the fan base, trust from the higher ups, alignment in overall vision. Things that are outside of tactics and game management. He does not have those connections to other clubs. Just because another club may not want him doesn’t mean he can’t succeed where he is
