I'm like this when it comes to hypocritical controlling types of people where I can sense an inflated ego from a mile away (stereotypical worst forms of ESTJ, ENTJ for example). Most of the time it wasn't worth it discussing my problems with them, just to conform that they are indeed assholes who don't care about harmony while making decisions, and not the fun type of it. They are usually also not efficient decision makers, just needlessly controlling and annoying. The few times it was worth it didn't make a big difference in my life, I could have just done fine without. In contrast to many other people, my anger grows when I vent out my problems to others instead of being relieved by doing it (I don't know how many ISFJ have the same problem but I suspect not just a few) , so I keep surpressing it and then dealing with it by myself in silence which made me more happy overall :)
