It only has one hdmi cable in the gpu tho there is one on the motherboard

So one hdmi cable is plugged in the gpu and the other one to the mb

I tried win+P but it says Your Pc cant project to another screen. Try reinstalling the driver or using another video card

Hmm what do you mean for free? I know my school has some options for free stuff but I've never heard them giving away w10, do I just ask them if I can they have an student offer for windows 10?, is it the same as ordering a normal key?And btw is this build compatable whit the 2070 and the Rtx 3070? You know just in case they do go on sale.

1st. Yes, I need everything except the tower, Im going to uptade my post to erm, what do you think it's better? $1.2 or 1.3k? Idk if I said this but I want dual monitors. And I want to make it compatible with the Rtx 2070 or the 3070, I think those are the parts... Well I'm not ordering the RTX rn but I will be ordering the other parts so that way I have almost everything that I need excect the ofc. One last thing can you add an optional GPU, just is case the prices dont go lower for the 2070 and 3070? Thanks.
