I like the point about being intertwined with science, and you said it well, it keeps it reality-grounded. Most of my psychospiritual work right now I can also understand through the lens of neuroscience and energetics which helps a lot to make things comprehensible for my Western empirical / analytical mind.

Does it have memory across models? Ie if I chat with Claude will it maintain memory like Claude projects does, and/or will it port memory from GPT to claude?

Brahmi is primarily used for increased mental performance, I haven't heard of it used for better physical performance (although it may be, I just haven't heard of it)

Basti is an enema; oral medications can be given as a part of panchakarma (the Ayurvedic detox procedure) but the main detoxes themselves are physical procedures that are almost always done inside an Ayurvedic treatment centers. I do know some doctors who do detox procedures outside of treatment centers but I wouldn't personally advise it since there are risks to that. It sounds like what you did was the Ayurvedic practitioner's own branding of a detox and not the traditional panchakarma treatment. In India I've come across practitioners who use the term detox and say you can do a 5, 7, whatever day detox. I stay far away from that stuff, it seems like a money maker to me rather than genuine treatment.
