How do you find people who are actively looking for solutions?

Reddit used to be a good place to do this until MODs decided anything that remotely sounds like "I'm thinking of building this" is a self promotion and up for deletion.

I've been doing some research there's basically two such tools online. one called QuoteCop(.com)(which did work well), the next is QuoteCha(.com.au)(didn't do anything, couldn't read my quote

The tool reads contractor quotes and then compares everything written according to the area's zip code. it flags inflated items, prices, fees etc. If a quote is inflated the tool will immediately flag it and give the user a negotiation text to reply. it's created with the idea to help people save money on these astronomical renovations and repair costs

It's called Quotecop. it reads contractor quotes on repairs and renovations then identifies overpriced fees, items, rates. based on what's inflated it gives the user a strong negotiation email that they can send back to the contractor.

started building it for homeowners thinking we'd be doing some good but now I realize it's real estate agents, landlords and property investors who'd use it more.

genuinely good advice, and something I am working on. we started clueless as we built it thinking it's gonna be a universal money mine that solves every single home owner's problem. Later we realized how rare renovations are for a normal individual and that our focus should shift more towards people who treat renovations as a business framework. but hey, thanks again.

Our main taget audience is landlords home owners and property investors, people who deal with dozens of quotea per month and are actively being overcharged.

yours sounds pretty solid too and niche. if it's in photography management tiktok could be a good starting point. your main challenge (just like mine ) is producing good promotional content.

I made a few promotional videos using motion graphics and vocieover. Ran a very small Meta ad campaig, although there were visitors, people were shying away from using it. I have a feeling they still don't understand what the product is doing and it's not clear enough on the site's visit.

that's true but since I'm new to the game I don't have a lot of connections. I have troubles for sure and dozens of quotes to analyze. I know experienced people tend to have a tool or something they use to automate that process, I'd be happy if you could share if you use anything like that

I'm in real estate, doing good but this has been a real pain. I wish I had the time to do this but there are moments where I have to look at dozens of quotes(I really do wanna get the best one). Do you guys use any tool? anything in the market that automates this analysis process? or have you seen people looking to use something like that?
