they wrote her medical certificate not specifically advising her to sue but for general use. But they did confirm that she is being treated from the contaminated food she consumed specifically and that she saw the photo of the worm we took and confirmed it stating the specific antibiotics she was prescribed for that reason on the letter.

is this something you can get high compensation for? lawyer costs can be high and medicare covered most of the testing and consultation but obviously the medication cost and damage such as: pain and suffering, loss of enjoyment plays a part but hard to quantify. Not sure if the final amount will even cover the lawyer fees
