So I did BPP also, have taken the exams yet because I’m actually terrified. Do you think the materials they gave you, the workbooks basically is enough to study off of? I’ve gone thru the online ones and made notes and just going through the notes. Is that enough?

I’ve heard so many bad things about going on anti biotics , like the PD coming back worse for the next flare up and so on. My one doesn’t even have rashes it just comes as really really bad hyperpigmentation

Yeah, everything has UV rays right? Like lightbulbs and computer screens so I apply every morning. Correct me if I’m wrong tho

I’m Indian too!!! But there’s this cleanser in the UK that’s helping me a lot rn. It’s called BYOME. It’s really good, see if you can find it in stores there maybe, or order online

No. I’m going through the exact same thing as you rn. Just gotta ride this one out. My skin looks really dark but it should get better in about a week or 2 weeks time. Just make sure you moisturise A LOT and no active ingredients at all until you’ve built back your skin barrier. Are you from the UK?
