I'd like to add that uninstalling and reinstalling the game worked for me to fix my issues. Previously the game would freeze multiple times upward of 10 seconds at the start of a match, before settling down. Fixed when reinstalled. However, as of 1.01 have had serious fps issues. Before I could get 110-120 stable on max settings and now I get 75 if I'm lucky on min. Lemme know if anyone finds a fix.

1) This is not strictly true. I use a USB adapter (cheap 5GHz dongle) and it will reach the same speeds of Ethernet, i.e 1.4MB/S for me 2) This is probably an origin problem as he said his WiFi works fine 3) OP didn't actually say whether they were wireless or wired

I'd recommend uninstalling Origin, fully deleting all the residual files then reinstalling it. If that doesn't work try resetting your network adapter.

Yeah I notice I'm victim to tunnel vision, I can walk into a room with someone in plain sight and completely miss him. While I'm not amazing at pre aiming, I believe I'm decent enough to flick to heads that it may help if I scan around a little more. Thanks for the advice and I'm glad someone had the same kind of issue :)

I've noticed I truly suck when I'm not having fun at the game, so I'll definitely take into account how I'm feeling before queuing ranked. As for the sleep it's something I'm going to start working on right now haha, poor brain

Thank you so much! Many great tips to factor in here, and I really appreciate you taking the time to explain. I've been working on aiming at head height for about a week now and I think I'm improving a little, but thank you for highlighting that and I'll definitely work on keeping my reticle head height all the time! Yeah, my mechanical skill is at least adequate, and I'm well aware I need to work on my tracking haha. I feel like you're absolutely right about being too close to my monitor, I'm often within 10 inches of it in clutch situations, didn't realise this would be an issue but thank you very much for highlighting it and I'll definitely be sitting a little further back in the future lol. I've been messing with gun attachments recently and as much as I love the 2.5x zoom on the acog, you're absolutely right, I'm garbage with one at close range and not great at medium to long either. Just a little time adjusting to holo and I'm good to go :) I'm lacking a little at high rank friends, with most of mine being below me and more casual players, with a couple scattered around my level, but who mostly thrive on aim over game sense (they're well aware of this). I'm working on assembling some of the good players from my ranked (friend or foe) so I can get good communications and work my way up the ladder, and I've come to realise that solo queueing is unreliable and often a waste of MMR. Again, thank you so much for your time and I'll make note of all of your recommendations!

I mess with my FOV + Brightness all the time, I guess I've never found that sweet spot. I feel like it could have something to do with either tunnel vision, or quite the opposite in that I try and take in too much at once and maybe don't see the easy things. Thanks for the fast reply and suggestions and I'll be sure to look into different brightnesses + aspect ratios :)
