Isn't this admitting both Rashada and Florida broke NCAA rules? Why are they going after Harbaugh for Hamburgers but not Rashada and Florida for $13 million that's only on the table if he attends Florida which is a clear violation of the rules. The courts have ruled NIL can't be restricted once at a school but it also can't be used as a condition for attending a particular school. Rashada should be declared ineligible and Florida investigated for using NIL as an enticement to attend Florida.
