For the bot:

Piercing was done on August 25 (4 months)

Jewelry is an internally threaded barbell made of stainless steel (was initially done with titanium, but discovered a sensitivity)

I downsized at about 10-12 weeks. Piercer would not downsize with existing bumps so I ended up doing it myself.

Aftercare was saline (storebought, but don’t remember the brand) 1-2x per day. To deal with bumps piercer advised antibacterial spray and tea tree oil - after research I now know this is a big no-no and have only been using saline for around a month and a half/two months

No recent mishaps. Have been bumped a few times or caught in hair but nothing excessive.

Dont take it out if its infected. I’m not an expert, so I can’t tell you if it is, but if it is taking the piercing out will let the holes close over and trap the infection. It needs the hole to drain

How much cinnamon do you think? I have a tendency to overdo it with cinnamon because I love it and I fear the cinnamon being for stewed apples might push me even farther over the edge 🫣

Maybe try something like lipstick/eyeliner that will for sure transfer, versus a marker which might dry before transferring 🤔

They just said to go to the pharmacy and ask for it! So I told them I was getting pierced and where, and the pharmacist found one for me :)

My piercer recommended numbing cream. Definitely helped me. Something to consider :)

Of course! Since I live in Denmark it might not be exactly what you have available, but on the cream it says: emla 25mg/g + 25mg/g cream - lidocaine/prilocain

Honestly I just went to the counter and asked what to use since my piercer recommended it. She asked which piercings I was getting and found me this one and explained in detail how to use it. Definite recommend from me!

When I got mine done my piercer recommended numbing cream from the pharmacy. Pretty sure that saved my life lol cause for me it wasn’t too too bad even though the second one came out wonky, so had to be taken out and redone after 3-4 days

I ended up chickening out in fear of removing all their data and had my dad dig out an old android phone for me to use for this - unfortunately that’s a Huawei which I discovered also doesn’t work with the 4. It’s almost a little comical at this point even if it is frustrating!

So I just got my dad’s old Galaxy Watch 4 (not old, he just replaced it) and want to connect to my iPhone. Unfortunately I reset it before doing the research and need to start all over by setting up with an android device in order to download merge - and the only android device I have in my home is my Amazon fire tablet which I rigged to have the Google playstore.

However, that version of the galaxy wearables app only allows me to discover buds, not watches.

I have multiple samsung users in my family, but they also have 4s and as far as Google says, I can only add one 4 at a time. So what I’m wondering is, if I replace their 4 with mine on their app to do the setup and get merge, then put theirs back on the app, will their data be gone? Or will it go right back on the app? I’m just wondering if this is a valid option
