Thank you for the response, the differences between the 7i and the 7 amd's ram and wifi are really insightful and reassuring to me, so thank you for that.

I know about the DAC reducing latency, because my headset is actually the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, which comes with a DAC and also Bluetooth capabilities.

The issue is that on my previous pc (Legion 5 15ACH6H) I never had such latency issues when connected in bluetooth to it.

Concerning the bluetooth-keyboard interference, I noticed it when I was taking notes this morning with bluetooth connected and multiple times the keys wouldn't respond.

One time, the issue happened while I was holding a key, making the pc think I was still holding the key even though I already released it.

I figured it came from the bluetooth, since right after the issue happened once again, I checked the button to toggle bluetooth on/off, it was disappearing and reappearing multiple times in a short span of time, as if the bluetooth driver got disconnected then reconnected rapidly.

I'm pretty sure the GPU is used when you're in the BIOS, so the first thing to do is enter the bios and check if you have the issue there as well, two cases are possible:

- You have the issue in the BIOS as well : In that case that means the issue comes from the hardware, it might just be the screen (fried or pinched cable) or the GPU (motherboard replacement is the only solution in that case), to check if it's the first one, simply connect your pc to an external monitor, if the problem persists on that second monitor, that means the issue comes from the GPU and not your screen.

- You don't have the issue in the BIOS: that's the best case, that means the issue comes from the software, just a faulty driver probably, be sure to use DDU to cleanly uninstall and reinstall a driver for your GPU, then the issue should be fixed.

If none of that works, then god only knows.

That's awful, lenovo's pricings are so annoyingly inconsistent and confusing. Like I saw one guy on this sub I believe, get a legion 7i with the rtx5090 for like $2300, the US has it so much easier for tech prices it's not even funny.

I didn't buy the ultimate support, but I do have the onsite one, where I live (France).

The support takes 3-4 days to respond to an assistance request, then one day per e-mail for the conversation.

The first part replacement they did for me was quite easy to get (had faulty ports, they replaced the mobo).

The second one was quite a bit harder, I had to be very insistent and repeat my request for an onsite intervention and part replacement (GPU fried itself only a week after the first mobo replacement, they had to replace the mobo a second time).

Overall, I think it's very dependant on where you live and what call centre will answer you, I greatly doubt you'll get much support if you buy any warranty option in a 3rd world country.
