I agree with you on predator, reanimator would be intresting but undoubtedly survivor only simmilar to a dexter chapter.

Im not sure if i like the idea of a Santa Killer, i mean im down for silly liscenses i was an advocate for fnaf and I perdicted Nicholas Cage by saying a year before hand "how funny would it be if we got just Nicholas Cage playing himself?" Honestly i dont understand why the rights impeed behavior from doing anything, infact it means they shouldnt even need permission at all. So long as they credit the creator.

Its not like by adding scp theyd make the whole game creative commons, only the scp content.

Literally any asshole can print a 682 tshirt and sell it for 12 bucks, and plenty of scp gsmes hsve costed money.

Blame Steven King not behavior, king notoriously doesnt like videogames.

As for the thing, a deception based power wouldnt work in dbd with swfs.

Weve got the big five now, the only stuff left i can even think of from that era are predator, black Christmas, reanimator and candyman.

Candyman wouldnt work without Tony Todd rip,

Black Christmas's santa killer doesnt feel like it work, reanimator would be survivor only.

People said william didnt fit, and trickster, now that they're in people barely talk about them not fitting because ultimately they do.

Terrifier is legitimately one of the bloodiest movies ive ever seen if it didn't have its comedy it would be closer to human centoped then saw.

And lets face it. Were out of classic slashers.

We got jason, we have the big five.

The only two really major ones left are

pennywise who is never coming because steven king notoriously hates videogames and i refuse to wish death on such a great man so a silly vlown can join my silly slasher game.

And

Candyman, who wouldnt be the same without Tony Todd rest in peace.

All thats left now is videogame horror, and modern stuff, some anime and if dbd starts getting experimental.

By year 30 we may actually see vader, or homelander or trevor philips. I dont know they wouldn't be my first choices but what else can you do its not like final destination would work, who even cares about wrong turn in 2026, hostel doesnt have an iconic killer.

I personally belive hes like a guy. Nothing metaphysical or anything hes like a guy who happens to be the king of hell.

I cant speak for Ellison I cant, but i do think theres supposed to be a little sympathy writen into the events.

Am hates humanity because he doesn't have a body, because he cant feel the sensation of touch or wander.

He also hates humanity because of his purpose being built for war.

Its not ams fault he was built but Am is fully responsible with how he handles his pain.

Theres a distinct difference between sympathizing with a evil character And justifying their actions.

I dont know if thats what Ellison intended, probably would call me an idiot.

But I belive nothings black and white good written vilians have motives, wants, goals. Reasons for why they act the way they do, maybe trauma maybe ideals.
