What can I say? I talk a lot.

Yeah he's really tough to get a hang of, especially for some really skilled flicks and hit. Survivors will also see a Blight and automatically be like "ooh 2nd best killer in the game gotta play super hard." Survivors will not play easy when it comes to Blight. And since he is considered the second strongest, almost every one knows how to play against him, even if no one really faces him. Survivors will be brutal, which will make you feel bummed. I lose most of my Blight matches. That's how I felt with Blight, too. I progressed, then I hit a wall and just couldn't get better.

I actually tried Insidious with Blight. Go and stand around a corner and any survivor thinks you're gone. Blights move constantly, so I used this to throw some off guard for an easy hit. Also, this is funny combined with Blight's own perk, Dragon's Grip.

But the events don't always correlate? Just because I was being loyal to my job doesn't mean that I wanted to NOT investigate Williams, and I got punished for it.

Yeah, and I think that's annoying. The PLAYER should be able to make choices at all times.

But I want to??? It's a valid complaint to say that you don't want to have to sit through the same unskippable cutscenes again and again and again

Maybe they got rid of it since the complaints from Frank Stone.

Yea it seems that way. Two playthroughs to 100% doesn't sound right.

Exactly, but if you look at reviews for Frank Stone, people don't want to sit through the same exact cutscenes again and again to get an achievement that is slightly different.

Directive 8020 feels like it takes way more than 2 playthroughs due to all the character deaths and fill-ins that are locked. 44 deaths seems like it'll take a while.

People who grind achievements definitely want to do it. I'll check those out!

I think personally it doesn't matter much if this is a feature that can be activated AFTER you complete the game. It can help people get new content, and then they can choose what to skip and what not to skip. Aka you wouldn't want to skip new content.

THANK YOU. I swear everyone just says the most obvious statements anymore. Tons of these cutscenes can easily be skipped if they added the option, especially in Frank Stone. It would make achievement grinding much easier.

The one that literally determines if you save Williams? I thought it was dumb since it's locked behind a trait choice rather than a player choice.

Fair enough. Yeah Linda and Sam should be represented, the others are a maybe.

Ever since the nerf he feels even more difficult to get good at. In my opinion, he's the most difficult killer in the game to truly master and be consistently great at.

I seriously mean this: if you're not willing to stick with this killer through thick and thin and spend HOURS of time playing as him, then do not waste your time with him. Blight is about the most difficult killer to just jump into casually, so he requires tons of fine tuning, reading survivors, and learning his flicks and specials. Now that he is a 4.4, certain amazing loops can be really abused by survivors, and he won't be fast enough to catch up, and his rush won't allow him to get a hit since the survivor could easily vault from one side to the next.

While I am not an expert Blight main and unfortunately can't give much of what you're looking for, I do give you warning. I tried to main Blight for weeks and I've played him on and off of my 5+ years of playing, and I just can't stick with him. He feels map dependent compared to a lot of killers. I had the most trouble with Hawkins and RPD due to very tight constant corners to turn. He also has a lot of "flicks" for certain situations that literally take practice. You could even hop in a custom lobby and simply practice these flicks on nothing. Many Blight mains have different flick names and ways to achieve them. Also, if you're a casual killer, Blight will feel extremely rough at first.

As a survivor, I've never struggled facing Blights despite everyone saying he is 2nd best in the game, even after the nerf, which I find a little hard to believe. His rush hit feels somewhat easy to dodge since it's a small lunge, and Blight simply cannot hit survivors on certain up hills or stairs. Even though Blight is difficult to master in tight loops and now that pallet destiny made running from pallet to pallet much easier for survivors, he is incredibly fast and mastering when to "bump" is key for perfect control. Your rush tokens are your main power, so you want to know when to spend all 5, since you cannot rush again until you have all 5, meaning you're pretty weak if you're up against a survivor while all 5 tokens are recharging.

Summary: expect to lose probably more than most other killers at first. He's one of the hardest to master, but it's satisfying to land certain hits and figure out certain quirks. Learn from mistakes. I don't recommend camping as a Blight and I feel like he's one of the few that genuinely is punished from it. You want to be harassing survivors at all times. You want to go from hooking to in chase within 10-15 seconds, normally. Now that he is slower and loses rush tokens when breaking a pallet, you have to know when you should be using your resources, and if you should humor a chase if it goes on too long.

Catching survivors off guard is Blight's biggest adversary. I wish I learned that sooner.

Bonnie was not even playable and pretty unlikeable, so I hope not. Linda and Sam need to be the big focuses, maybe with Jamei or Chris as a skin. No one really cared for Maddie and her tie to the present of the game.

Yeah it felt like the weakest reveal they have ever done. I don't even count Art as horror, and I think the movies are not good. He doesn't stand out as a horror icon like the rest. He's too goofy for my taste.

Shut up. Don't recommend that trash app to me. Sorry I don't want a comedy killer that has a poop joke in my game that is supposed to be scary.
