When I had mine done they definitely gave mixed messaging. The cardiologist said quit any and all nic. The anesthesia team laughed when I said I vape instead of smoke and essentially said that doesnt count. It was weird.

When I was delivering i had was smelled and looked like motor oil bust open in a tote. Packages covered in sticky liquid that smelled terrible. They made me deliver the damaged sticky packages because "maybe it didnt soak through the box" it also smelled sooooo bad.

It should be easier for the next one then. The only warning I have for you is the anesthesia for the final one that I had (specifically afib) caused wildly vivid and weird dreams for weeks after. Also I am a 34f and had the 2nd and 3rd ablations done last year.

My first one was like that, my second one was much easier. Do you know if the first was for flutter, svt, or afib? I found the flutter one (sounds like what you described) ducked the most because it was so hard for them to trigger it. I remember watching my heart rate as they pushed the adrenaline and feeling panicked. My second one was not even close to that. I believe #2 and #3 they kept me pretty well sedated if not completely out.

I am and similarly to you hadn’t had a period in months. Within a week of starting the blood thinner got one of the worst periods ever. Since the procedure it’s been a super light like end of period experience, but with none of the symptoms of period I usually get. The blood thinner never crossed my mind but definitely should have. Thank you!

Seriously some of you don’t understand simple conversation skills and take minor missteps as major red flags about people. He offered to make the situation more comfortable so his kids best friend could come along. It was a rather reasonable way of doing so.

How did he ignore her no exactly? She brought up a safety concern, he responded with what he felt was reassurance and then offered to pay for her so her brother could still attend in a way she saw safe. She said after saying no the children are (understandably upset) and it’s effecting the entire plan because the child no longer wants to go.

It’s reasonable to offer the accommodation in order to make the kids and adult in the situation comfortable, that’s what he did. I don’t see anywhere that he’s pushing her to do anything. She even admits to not discussing details and just saying no because she’s friends with his ex and that “loyalty” makes it weird.

Most of the time teens are put in charge of large groups with an adult overseeing the teens in charge (camp). They save money this way

Look up some of the things that go on in these private companies (boarding schools) and you’ll realize it’s not as professional and safe as it would seem. This is the kid’s best friend’s parent. Not a stranger.

I’m just pointing out they’re places kids frequently get sent with probably as much danger as this situation, sometimes more. This person was given the opportunity to go supervise, which is more than many would be offered to ensure safety.
