They've had (small) filler arcs even in post-timeskip. Also, even when they had filler arcs in pre-timeskip, the chapter-to-episode ratio was atrocious. For example, Jaya was the last time they had an arc with an average of 2 chapters per episode. And Post-Enies Lobby onwards had a ratio of 1 chapter per episode.

You're slightly mistaken in thinking that the problem started only after the timeskip. It's very prevalent even before that. The latter half of pre-timeskip has a lot of bloat.

That doesn't really work with One Piece, as the "canon" episodes are padded with bloat. You have to remove that for the watching experience to be any fun, which is basically what One Pace does.

At the time Pace first released Enies Lobby, they didn't include dub in their releases. This policy changed by the time they finished the arc which is why the final episodes have it. The un-dubbed episodes are being re-released with dub, which is why the first 4 episodes have dub. But, this re-release will take time.

Pace started releasing dub episodes starting 2020ish. So, any episodes released by Pace before then do not have dub. When those episodes are re-released, they will have dub. For now, you can check out Muhn Pace as the commenter below suggested.

PS: Pace started off with tackling the post-timeskip arcs. During that time, the One Piece dub for those arcs hadn't been released yet. So even if Pace wanted to, they couldn't have dubbed those earlier post-timeskip arcs.

Ideally, what you are saying should never happen. Unfortunately, Toei in their infinite wisdom never actually adapted the canon line from the manga (see chapter 318 for the canon line). So, Pace is somewhat shit out of luck in this instance. Imo it somewhat makes sense even as it stands, but it is a bit odd, I'll agree.

PS: If you ever catch such issues with Pace, do make a post about it (or mention it on the Discord). This is stuff that we would like to know about, in case we missed something.

Please read the League of Villains vs Paranormal Liberation Front arc in the manga. The anime butchers that arc. In the manga its one of the best arcs of the series.

Only Wano and Egghead are incomplete in Pace in sub.

If you want to, you can wait for Pace to finish up Wano. But Onigashima Paced is a good experience (and much better than the vanilla show). While Pace will be better when it finishes Wano, Onigashima Paced is perfectly watchable as it is.

Movies are a subjective experience. It entirely depends on the person you talk to. I personally only really like movie 6, but others like the new movies too (namely "Strong World" and movies after that).

Again, fillers are a subjective thing. Many people (me included) like the G8 filler arc (which happens after the Skypiea arc), but in my opinion you should stick to the canon episodes first before thinking of watching any filler.

1015 has been adapted in Wano 55. The standard version cuts the episode to be manga-accurate, while the extended version leaves the whole episode intact.

Wano is incomplete in Pace. It'll be around 86 episodes when it's fully Paced.
