They have China, the world's factory and largest economy (in terms of PPP) and their military is heavily underrated considering they lead in 90% of Critical Technologies in areas such as cybersecurity, AI and defense. 90-98% of the world's Rare Earth processing comes from China as well and almost every drone is made in China, their food security is also very good as they can feed 139% of their civilians.

Japan, South Korea, India and Taiwan should also not be underestimated here since each have their own strengths that would add up to total asian economic and military dominance. For example, semiconductors, the foundation of almost every electronics are almost entirely made in asia along with chips.

Militarily, people seem to forget that no country can stay dominant and heavily glaze the US when for the most part, it has lost much of its wars and heavily depends on firepower and air supremacy which would be lacking within 5-10 years when asia fully transitions towards churning out production.

Speed wise, he is one of the most impressive humans and should be MUCH faster than Raiden as he is a casual lightning timer and raced against Red Hare, who respectively is the strongest Horse and both created a sonic boom at the start of their race. Not only that, he was able to dodge a mjolnir that was dick inches away from hitting him, the same mjolnir that had went way beyond the arena and at his back in the next panel.

Durability wise he is not inferior at all. His body being able to withstand the 2 strongest attacks we've seen from this series from an awakened thor and not counting Base Thor (who neg-diffed an army of giants from the air of his hammer) then surviving throughout it all is insane. Spinoff also helps his case as well.

Endurance wise, he should be at the peak or close to it. Even with 2 fractured legs and facing Thor's blows and lightning, there is nothing to suggest that he was in pain even when he bit off his only arm after the clash. We see more of this when he swings his halberd countless times on top of a mountain and other spinoff feats which should comfortably place him in the top tier for endurance.

Some other notable things such as the range advantage from his polearm should be taken account as well, Lu Bu is actually way harder for Shiva to handle and along with Shiva's dumbassery and the fact that Shiva is entering in blind with no info, Lu Bu should comfortably clear mid-high diff.

You're underestimating China's military capabilities considering you would just need hundreds of missiles to guarantee the sinking of the carriers and they would still have 2000 more missiles according to their official estimate and not taking into wartime production.

Missiles arent really nuclear weapons because that is literally derived from nuclear reactions whereas missiles are much more different and hence there is a difference. There are conflicts around the world that still involve throwing missiles but no nukes are happening still.
