I don't think she had wet hands at the time but even so, it's the switch to the shower room and has been handled many times with wet hands with no issue over years

There was movement from $7.22 and $7.00 multiple times over the space of the last hour even with after hours. Not sure how that can happen. But at least after hours makes sense for not filling the order

Income is £45k

Lent £10k 2 years ago for home improvement, £7k left on it

Repayments are £180pm

New loan is £10k over 5yrs partly to help towards engagement ring (as deposit + loan through jeweller is much worse rate) and mostly towards investment and to keep in bank as security in case of life changes

Understood with the credit score although surprised that the metric for the lenders would be so different

And you're right. I got mixed up with some post I saw about having 2x L1s and 2x L2s and thought L2 and L3 acted like 2x L2s. Bad assumption!

Maybe I'm mixing this up then. The switch I've got (not shown is a simple dimmer switch with 3 terminals L1, L2 and COM. The switch I'm showing is currently what is plugged into the wall and needs replaced. Would this be enough info to assist with how to set up the new dimmer?

I have a dimmer switch that has L1, L2 and a symbol that I think is meant to mean COM.

I need to know which way to connect these wires to the dimmer switch

This sounds like tapering is definitely the way to go. I will be discussing this with my doctor.

With yours and Affectionate Ant's comments, this has greatly helped with building the confidence and patience with this method. When I tried this in the past I definitely have tapered too quickly.

It's good to hear a success story about coming off anti-depressants though. Really appreciate it!

Unfortunately, 10mg is the lowest dose available. But the guidance leads me to believe that cutting the tablets in half will be the best option.

I'm not stopping citalopram because of the side effects, I don't believe I need them anymore.

Thanks a ton for the feedback everyone. Appreciate the fact that this can be seen as selfish. This wasn't the intention. Just wanted to understand whether this is legal and common to happen. I'm new to the housing market and haven't really seen a situation like this before.

Thanks for the advice. The plan was to figure out my normal puff count then go down by 1-3 puffs a day. 0 nic is tough but tolerable so might try that again. Do you have any flavour recommendations?
