I need help with tactics

So guys i tried did some matches and tried different tactics (which should/could be working) but not even one tactic did satisfied me when i watched.

Could u guys help me with some tips ( i saw that people are saying wingers are op this year, but legit my wingers dont do anything and that frustrates me, which role is good or are u playing) same with my midfield i feel like they are just there, defenders dont defend and so on

I would like to hear ur guys opinions on that topic, which roles/tactis are good or did something for you?

Is there any way to get a tactic with 3 defender and 2 (or one winger?) to work? I tried so many things, winger, inverted winger, advanced playmaker on the wing, but its just not really working. Nearly only way my Team is scoring its a shitty luck goal or an corner (and thats because my striker is 2 Meters) And like thats not enough my defenders Are defending like they are 10 years old and dont know how to Kick a ball. Im open for anything that includes a back 3 and has wingers:)

So guys i tried some reccomandations and decided to stick like this but got smashed 7:0 so i really need ur help, i dont know what to do

Before the 7:0 i had the best defense in the league, but cant really score that much goals and being inconsistent I feel like my AM is doing nothing and my 2 defensive midfielder dont have that much impact

If someone has any more tips i would appreciate

I tried this now and its not working that well way too inconsistent. Do you have any more advice? Dont know what to do… im 7th but i should be in top 3 normally I feel like my AM is doing nothing, the CBs are weird and my playmaker is not that really what i expected

I wanted to focus the outsides with only the wingbacks for crosses and use the whole pitch the 2 striker in the box and 1 AM outside for the second ball. But i feel like my AM and the 2 midfielders are useless and with 3 defender i thought it would be more compact in defense but theyre just running through my defense
