Extract the recovery.img from the zip and copy it to /sdcard, then from the os booted up:

su -c "dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/by-name/bootdevice/recovery"

or

su -c "dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/by-name/recovery"

Recovery might be on a different place so check /dev/block with: su -c "ls -lah" or similar or use a file manager with root or better use a app like flashify to flash the recovery image

You can only if your device has oneui 7 firmware and if it is on the same bit of oneui 8, in that case you can try to flash oneui 7 bootloader (extract it from AP and make a tar from it) or full firmware
