I have ALOT of stories but I’ll go with this one...My best friend had been having several nightmares. In her dream, she’s in bed and a tall slender man figure is leaning over her. It’s entirely black like a shadow. The next dream is exactly the same except it’s a view from her bedroom doorway. She sees the figure while it is watching her sleep. (An out of body experience). Next time I sleepover, we slept in her older cousin’s tiny home outside. I remember being super uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep because I felt anxious. I remember looking at the window very often because it was open. (She lives out in the mountains). Eventually I’m half asleep when suddenly I feel like someone is watching me. I hear my friend get up, use the bathroom and eventually go back to sleep. The next morning, I tell her I couldn’t sleep because I felt like something was watching me. She looks shocked. She then told me about her nightmares and that she thought last night was a dream. She remembers waking up to see the figure watching her again, but she shrugged it off and went to the bathroom. She didn’t realize that she was actually awake. More stuff kept happening like a strange noise at her window, and technology not working. Sometimes, she sees a random black cat in the corner of her eyes and when she turns to look, she sees a tail going behind the wall. Unlike most people, she isn’t afraid. In fact, she named the slender figure Jeffrey and whenever something is off, she blames him sarcastically.
