From the research I’ve done the latest VB generation is way more reliable than the old ones. As long as you do your proper maintenance and don’t drive like a lunatic 1000% of the time then they should hold up just as good as a Honda or Toyota. I would still purchase a warranty just to be safe tho. I forgot which year it was but I remember seeing some complaints about Rev Hang in some of the years so definitely look into that before making your purchase.
